Job Summary:

Hatched Recruitment UK is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to various services across the Council. The ideal candidate will possess excellent administrative skills, minute-taking abilities, and strong communication skills, including telephone experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to a range of services, ensuring key tasks are undertaken and delivered as set out within the Service Level Agreement.
  • Work within consistent business support and administration processes and procedures.
  • Develop an understanding of the specific business support and administration needs of the service area.
  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of legislative and statutory requirements of the service area.
  • Audit and maintain accurate, up-to-date, and high-quality data and information.

Requirements:

  • Excellent administrative skills, including minute-taking and data management.
  • Strong communication skills, including telephone experience.
  • Excellent IT skills and understanding of finance.
  • Ability to work within consistent business support and administration processes and procedures.
  • Ability to develop an in-depth knowledge of legislative and statutory requirements.

Working Hours:

The business support hubs operate from 8:48am to 5:00pm, with arrangements in place to provide cover between 8:00am and 6:00pm.
