Job Description

CRA GROUP LIMITED is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Procurement Department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Procurement Administration: Assist in the administration of tender exercises using our electronic tendering facility and various IT packages, including Microsoft products.
  • Team Support: Work collaboratively with our team to provide a high-quality, cost-effective, and timely service in the processing of procurement exercises.
  • Procurement Experience: Utilize your experience in procurement routines and administrative skills to support colleagues and contribute to the success of our team.
  • Initiative and Adaptability: Demonstrate the ability to plan and prioritize your workload, respond to changing demands, and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Technical Skills: Possess a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as experience in procurement in a public sector organization.

Requirements:

  • Public Sector Procurement Knowledge: Familiarity with public sector procurement rules, regulations, systems, and procedures.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent writing and verbal skills to communicate effectively with professional and community audiences.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to change positively and flexibly in a fast-paced environment.
