Job Description

CRA GROUP LIMITED is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Procurement Department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Procurement Administration: Assist in the administration of tender exercises using our electronic tendering facility and various IT packages, including Microsoft products.
  • Team Support: Work collaboratively with our team to provide a high-quality, cost-effective, and timely service in the processing of procurement exercises.
  • Procurement Experience: Utilize your experience in procurement routines and administrative skills to support colleagues and contribute to the team's success.
  • Initiative and Adaptability: Demonstrate the ability to plan, prioritize, and respond to changing demands, working independently when necessary.
  • Technical Skills: Possess a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as experience with procurement processes and public sector procurement rules and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: Relevant education and experience in procurement or a related field.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Excellent administrative and ICT skills, with a good understanding of procurement processes and public sector procurement rules and regulations.
  • Personal Qualities: Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision, adapt to change positively, and possess excellent writing and verbal skills.
