Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at CRA GROUP LIMITED. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Procurement Department, assisting with the processing of procurement exercises, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the Procurement Department, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  • Procurement Exercises: Assist with the processing of procurement exercises, including tender exercises, and ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of procurement exercises, including documentation and correspondence.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with colleagues, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues, and provide solutions to improve processes and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in administration, procurement, or a related field is an asset.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with procurement processes, public sector procurement rules and regulations, and Microsoft Office applications.
