We are currently seeking to fill two positions within our organization, one in the Asset Data Team and another in the Proactive Intervention Team.

This role is diverse and customer-oriented, set in a dynamic environment. The primary focus will be to provide administrative assistance in the execution of our asset management operations, ensuring the delivery of safe and quality homes to our clients. This position will involve monitoring the performance of our service contracts and maintaining accurate records of property asset data from repairs and inspections. You will also engage with customers through phone communications, correspondence, and collaboration with various teams to facilitate effective stakeholder interactions.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience in a customer service role
  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills
  • Exceptional communication abilities (both written and verbal) with the capacity to collaborate across various teams and levels
  • Proficient IT skills
  • Ability to present critical information clearly (oral, numerical, and written)
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Skill in prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Experience in the housing sector is advantageous
