Our property asset data is the foundation for the delivery of our long-term commitments and objectives outlined in our Asset Management Strategy.

You will enjoy working with data, and be able to analyse and translate this into intelligence that supports our objectives. You will manage our Property Asset Data team who are responsible for the collecting, management and validation of all our property asset data, which will support the delivery of our long-term investment to our homes and capital works. You will also be responsible for the performance reporting our responsive repairs and building safety delivery activities.

You’ll need;

  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Understanding of Asset Management
  • Understanding of Decent Homes, HHSRS, Housing Law, Landlord and Tenant Act and Social Housing Regulatory Framework.
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel, with the ability to develop meaningful reports
  • Presentation and training skills
  • High level of knowledge of information collection management, and reporting systems with the ability to interpret complex data (within social housing sector)
  • Good communication skills with the ability to present and discuss matters in plain English
  • An understanding of PowerBi and similar reporting methods such as Visual Basic with a willingness to develop and broaden knowledge and skills
  • Strong people management experience
