Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Property Team Leader to join our team at Sellick Partnership Limited - Public Sector. As a Property Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of property professionals, including senior lawyers and legal assistants, and overseeing a complex caseload of property and regeneration matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of property professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Oversee a complex caseload of property and regeneration matters, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed deadlines.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve team performance and productivity.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of projects and services.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on property-related matters.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing a team of property professionals, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Extensive knowledge of property law and regulations, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical context.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
