We are currently seeking to fill two positions within our organization, one in the Asset Data Team and another in the Proactive Intervention Team.

This role is diverse and customer-oriented, set in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will provide administrative assistance in executing our asset management operations, ensuring that we uphold the standards of safe and decent living conditions for our clients. Responsibilities will include aiding in the performance oversight of our service contracts and maintaining accurate records of property asset data from repairs and inspections. You will also engage with customers through phone communications, written correspondence, and collaboration across various teams to facilitate effective stakeholder interactions.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience in a customer service setting
  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills
  • Exceptional communication abilities (both written and verbal) with a capacity to collaborate with diverse teams and colleagues at various levels
  • Proficient IT skills
  • Capability to present critical information effectively (oral, numerical, and written)
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage personal workload and adhere to deadlines
  • Experience in the housing sector is advantageous
