JOB PURPOSE

The Sales Executive plays a crucial role in:

• Promoting and selling a diverse range of new and pre-owned vehicles from various manufacturers, achieving set sales targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Adhere to the established sales processes of the manufacturers, ensuring effective management of customer inquiries.

• Demonstrate an understanding of the manufacturers' evaluation criteria and apply this knowledge when interacting with clients.

• Maintain the showroom, displays, customer information, and vehicle documentation to meet the required standards, including the presentation of manufacturer vehicles.

• Proactively seek new and used vehicle customers through various channels, creating sales opportunities and nurturing relationships for repeat business.

• Uphold a customer-first culture by consistently applying the principles of Treating Customers Fairly (TCF).

• Maximize sales potential by offering financing options while ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations.

• Oversee the preparation and delivery of sold vehicles, providing customers with comprehensive briefings on vehicle operations and introducing them to the aftersales team.

• Engage in planning and executing sales campaigns and promotions to enhance market penetration.

• Conduct thorough appraisals of vehicles proposed for part exchange.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

Essential:

• Valid UK driving license.

• Professional appearance.

• Proficiency in numeracy, literacy, and IT skills.

Desirable:

• Knowledge of automotive products.
