About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Institut Straumann AG. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales activities within the UK and Ireland, focusing on generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively seek out new business opportunities in the market, utilizing your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Rapidly qualify leads submitted by our partner organizations and the ClearCorrect marketing team, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion into sales opportunities.
  • Capture all leads within our CRM system, maintaining data hygiene and ensuring seamless handover to our Territory Managers and Practice Implementation Specialists.
  • Monitor and action the New Leads Inbox daily, prioritizing leads and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Provide quotes via our Quote Tool to prospects, closing sales for specified ranges of products and driving revenue growth.
  • Drive education event attendance based on target lists from marketing, leveraging your exceptional communication skills to engage prospects and drive sales.
  • Utilize our CRM systems effectively, maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless communication with our sales team.
  • Produce a monthly sales report highlighting sales, activities, and successes, providing valuable insights for our sales team and leadership.
Requirements
  • Self-starter with a strong drive to succeed, possessing excellent listening and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Resilient approach to communication, with an excellent telephone manner and ability to adapt to different personalities and situations.
  • Quick learner, able to understand all forms of digital technology and maintain a strong attention to detail.
  • Well-organized, with excellent administration skills and ability to manage your own workload effectively.
  • Ability to understand measurement tools to track progress and results, as well as the sales process and pipeline.
  • Strong ability to liaise with and handover to the sales team, scheduling meetings and providing detailed information.
  • Thrives on building internal and external relationships, upholding and reflecting the brand reputation with an ethical approach to sales.
  • Team player with a strong desire to learn and succeed, possessing a proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills.
  • Dental sector experience, with a history of exceeding lead targets and a proven ability to quote and close sales.
