About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at ClearCorrect. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively seek out new business opportunities in the market, utilizing your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to generate new sales leads.
  • Rapidly qualify leads submitted by our partner organizations and the ClearCorrect marketing team, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion.
  • Capture all leads within our CRM system, maintaining data hygiene and ensuring seamless handover to our Territory Managers and Practice Implementation Specialists.
  • Monitor and action the New Leads Inbox daily, prioritizing leads and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Provide quotes and close sales for specified ranges of products, leveraging your knowledge of our portfolio and value propositions.
  • Drive education event attendance based on target lists from marketing, utilizing your exceptional communication skills to engage prospects.
  • Utilize our CRM systems consistently, ensuring accurate data entry and timely follow-up.
  • Produce a monthly sales report highlighting sales, activities, and successes, providing valuable insights for our sales team.
Requirements
  • Self-starter with a high level of drive and motivation.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Resilient approach to communication, with a strong telephone manner and ability to handle rejection.
  • Quick learner with a strong ability to understand digital technology and our CRM systems.
  • Well-organized with excellent administration skills, maintaining a high level of attention to detail and ability to manage workload.
  • Ability to understand measurement tools to track progress and results, with a strong analytical mindset.
  • Strong ability to liaise with and handover to the sales team, ensuring seamless customer experience.
  • Thrives on building internal and external relationships, with a strong desire to learn and succeed.
  • Dental sector experience is a strong advantage, with a proven ability to help practices grow their business.
  • Sales experience with a history of exceeding lead targets, with a proven ability to quote and close.
  • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills.
