The Regulatory Reporting Operations team is responsible for overseeing the completeness, timeliness, and precision of transaction reporting, ensuring compliance with various regulatory bodies. In this client-facing position, you will lead the delegated reporting services provided to clients. Our emphasis is on the accuracy of these reports and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. We are looking for candidates who can analyze extensive data sets, validate the quality and accuracy of our reporting data, identify issues, propose solutions, and implement changes while effectively engaging with clients and internal stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a central point of contact for client inquiries, focusing on the reconciliation, resolution, and ongoing management of client and stakeholder relationships.
  • Communicate the progress of investigations and resolutions back to clients or internal Relationship Management teams.
  • Conduct root cause analysis on client reporting issues by reviewing data from upstream systems, internal reports, and submissions to trade repositories, collaborating closely with internal departments to ensure resolution.
  • Support client delegated functions, including tracking inquiries, managing resources, developing personnel, and designing processes.
  • Enhance control and governance measures, including the production of regular and ad hoc Management Information (MI).
Your Skills and Experience:
  • Analytical mindset with a strong approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience in client engagement, both written and verbal, in a collaborative and professional manner.
  • Robust control-oriented background and proficiency in Excel.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies and design solutions to address them.
  • Capability to effectively manage, coordinate, and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Understanding of how to present and communicate information appropriately for various audiences.
