Job Summary

Brightwell Dispensers is a leading manufacturer of high-quality dosing systems, with a global presence in over 70 countries. We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to promote Brightwell Dispensers and its products to target audiences.
  • Grow our online presence by creating and executing a digital marketing plan across multiple platforms, driving user engagement and brand awareness.
  • Lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns, including press releases, web content, and social media initiatives to showcase the value of our products and services.
  • Manage and refine our website, ensuring a user-friendly experience, driving SEO, and maintaining fresh and accurate content.
  • Monitor and report on marketing performance, providing analysis and insights to demonstrate improvement and return on investment.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and monitor brand perception through customer feedback and surveys.
  • Coordinate industry exhibitions and events, promoting Brightwell Dispensers as a leader in the industry.
  • Develop and implement internal marketing efforts to promote Brightwell Dispensers as an employer of choice.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in B2B marketing.
  • Strong content writing and digital marketing skills.
  • Knowledge of SEO, UX, CMS, and social media.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • CIM Diploma or Postgraduate Diploma.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar CRM system.
  • Working knowledge of video editing software.
  • Fluency in a second language.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
