About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team at Royal London Group. As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of market-leading campaigns and content to support our overall Brand and Marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and drive engagement with our target audience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver marketing projects that meet business needs.
  • Use data and insights to continuously test, learn, and optimize marketing activity.
  • Measure the impact of campaigns and project objectives, reporting to relevant stakeholders across the business.
  • Work with internal and external agencies to deliver and measure campaigns.
  • Provide insights to help create efficiencies in the management of marketing assets, including content creation.
  • Support any regulatory change requirements.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Specialist who has a proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns and projects. You will have a good understanding of marketing communication tools and techniques, including paid media, and knowledge of CRM or customer journeys is beneficial.

Requirements

  • Experience of supporting and delivering marketing campaigns, projects, and content, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Good project management skills and experience of marketing planning and development.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
  • Knowledge of communications flow.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Degree and/or relevant marketing qualification.
