About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Data Specialist to join our Adviser Marketing team at Royal London. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading financial services company, driving business growth through innovative marketing strategies.

As a Marketing Data Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of market-leading campaigns and content that align with our overall Brand and Marketing strategy. You will be responsible for creating compelling and engaging content for various marketing channels, including digital and social media.

About Your Responsibilities

  1. Develop and deliver marketing campaigns and projects that align with business objectives, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  2. Use data and insights to continuously test, learn, and optimize marketing activity, ensuring audience insight is embedded in all marketing activity across the funnel.
  3. Collaborate with external agencies to support creative development, media planning, campaign delivery, and post-campaign analysis.
  4. Measure the impact of campaigns and project objectives, reporting to relevant stakeholders across the business, using learnings to continuously improve.
  5. Provide insights to help create efficiencies in the management of marketing assets, including the approach to content creation.
  6. Support any regulatory change requirements.

About Your Qualifications

  1. Experience of supporting and delivering marketing campaigns, projects, and content, preferably in financial services.
  2. Good understanding of marketing communication tools and techniques, including paid media.
  3. Good project management skills and experience of marketing planning and development.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  5. Degree and/or relevant marketing qualification.
