Working Environment

In this role, you will report to the Culinary and Hospitality Manager and be based at our venue. Instead of a traditional CV, you will complete an online assessment to showcase your strengths and learn more about the position.

Key Responsibilities

As a Team Supervisor, your primary role will be to provide daily support to your team, ensuring they deliver exceptional service to all patrons. This role requires adaptability in a dynamic environment.
Your focus will be on front-of-house operations, directly engaging with customers and serving food and beverages. A passion for customer interaction, a positive attitude, and a commitment to outstanding service are essential.
With a keen eye for detail, you will ensure that all displays and signage are accurate and that food presentation meets high standards. Occasionally, you may assist the kitchen team with food preparation.
You will also oversee the onboarding and training of new team members, fostering a culture of excellent service and memorable experiences for our guests.
We will provide you with tailored induction training, covering allergens and food safety, along with ongoing mentoring to support your development. Opportunities for further professional training will also be available.
