Shifts are staggered between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, ensuring no split shifts. Salary: £24,500 per annum Duration: Permanent

Work Environment

Reporting to the Culinary Services Manager, you will be based in a lively environment.
For this role, you will be required to complete our online assessment instead of submitting a CV or online application form. This assessment will help us understand your strengths and provide you with more information about the role.

Your Responsibilities

As a Team Supervisor, you will provide daily support to your team, ensuring they consistently deliver excellent service to all café visitors. This is a dynamic and bustling environment, so adaptability is key.
Your primary focus will be front-of-house, directly engaging with customers and serving food and beverages. A passion for working with people, a positive attitude, and a commitment to outstanding service are essential for this role.
With your keen attention to detail, you will ensure that all displays and signage are accurate and that food presentation is appealing. Occasionally, you may assist the kitchen team with food preparation.
You will also oversee the onboarding and training of new team members, fostering a culture of exceptional service and memorable experiences for our guests.
We will provide you with a tailored induction, training in food safety and allergens, and any necessary mentoring to support you in your role. Opportunities for further professional development and training are available if desired.
