About the Role

Aramark is seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our team in Tadworth. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food quality and service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assume responsibility for the overall kitchen operation in the absence of the Head Chef
  • Lead the production of breakfast, lunch, and dinner for the mess, ensuring high standards of food hygiene, service, and presentation
  • Support the management of the P&L and all associated financials
  • Deliver first-class food throughout service, maintaining a high level of quality and consistency
  • Manage all associated administration, including staff supervision and training
Requirements
  • Relevant culinary experience operating at a Sous Chef level, with a passion for food and service
  • Flexible approach to hours and duties, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • IT literate, numerate, and able to communicate effectively with cross-discipline stakeholders
