We are currently recruiting an Executive Chef Assistant to join our talented team in Tadworth.

This is a Monday - Friday position with no evenings - a great work/life balance

A day in the life of an Executive Chef Assistant:
  • In the absence of the Head Chef, assume responsibility for the overall kitchen operation
  • General production of breakfast, lunch, and dinner for the mess
  • To maintain food hygiene, service, and presentation to standard
  • Supporting with managing the P&L and all associated financials
  • Deliver first-class food throughout service
  • Manage all associated administration
You'll be set up for success if you have:
  • Relevant culinary experience operating at a Sous Chef level
  • A passion for food and service
  • Flexible approach to hours and duties
  • IT literate, numerate, and able to communicate across cross-discipline stakeholders
