As we are situated in a rural area, please consider your transportation options before applying for this position. Working Environment
Reporting to the Culinary Operations Manager, you will be based at our location in Tadworth.

Your Responsibilities
As a Team Supervisor, you will provide daily support to your team, ensuring they consistently deliver excellent service to all café visitors. This is a dynamic and vibrant environment, so adaptability is essential.
Your primary focus will be front-of-house operations, engaging directly with customers and serving food and beverages. A passion for working with people, a positive attitude, and a commitment to outstanding service are crucial for this role.
With your keen attention to detail, you will ensure that all displays and signage are accurate and that the food presentation is appealing. Occasionally, you may assist the kitchen team with food preparation.
You will also oversee the onboarding and training of new team members, fostering a team dedicated to exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
We will provide you with a tailored induction, training in food safety and allergens, and any necessary mentoring to support you in your role. Opportunities for further professional development and training are available if desired.
