We are currently seeking a Culinary Services Team Supervisor to enhance our operations. Work Schedule: This position requires a commitment of 37.5 hours per week, spanning 5 days out of 7, including weekends and public holidays. Shifts will be scheduled between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, ensuring no split shifts. Compensation: The annual salary for this role is £24,500. Employment Type: PermanentWork Environment
Reporting directly to the Food & Beverage Manager, you will be stationed at one of our vibrant locations. This role requires completion of an online assessment to better understand your strengths and suitability for the position. As a Team Supervisor, your primary role will be to provide daily support to your team, ensuring exceptional service is delivered to all café visitors. This environment is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring adaptability. Your focus will be on front-of-house operations, engaging directly with customers and serving food and beverages. A passion for customer interaction, a positive attitude, and a commitment to outstanding service are essential. You will also ensure that all displays and signage are accurate and visually appealing. Occasionally, you may assist the kitchen team with food preparation. Additionally, you will oversee the onboarding and training of new team members, fostering a culture of excellent service and memorable experiences. Comprehensive training in food safety and allergens will be provided, along with opportunities for further professional development. You are not required to possess all the skills and experience listed in the role profile; this serves as a guideline for potential qualifications.Ideal Candidate
