Role Overview:

The daily responsibilities can vary greatly, and you may find yourself engaged in a range of activities from organizing recreational events to accompanying young people to appointments. We seek individuals who are flexible, dependable, and capable of assessing situations to guide our young people toward positive decisions.

Our team operates on a rotational schedule (averaging 169 hours per month for full-time positions), including sleep-in shifts based on the home's requirements.

  • Addressing the needs of children and young people in accordance with regulatory standards.
  • Facilitating and organizing various social activities, including community outings and occasional trips.
  • Assisting with the daily operations of the home, including laundry, housekeeping, shopping, meal preparation, and enjoyable activities like baking.
  • Participating in team meetings to share insights and best practices.
  • Collaborating closely with our clinical team and local authorities.

Qualifications and Experience:

We are looking for individuals with life skills; prior experience with children or in health and social care is advantageous but not essential, as we provide comprehensive training and support.

A full UK driving license is preferred due to the nature of the role, or candidates should be working towards obtaining one.
