About the Role: Our client is looking for a Service Engineer who has experience in service work, especially with motion control software on various PLC platforms, with an aptitude to read, interpret and change coding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on control systems and machinery.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with motion control software and PLC platforms.
  • Develop and implement solutions to improve system efficiency and reliability.
  • Provide technical support to customers and colleagues.
  • Travel to customer sites to perform service work and provide technical assistance.

Benefits:

  • Overtime eligibility with pay after 39 hours, including travel overtime.
  • Competitive hourly rate with overtime pay at 1.5 times the regular rate.
  • Flexible hours of work, including 8-5 Monday-Thursday and 8-1 Friday.
