Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Innserve Limited. As a Diagnostics Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer service to customers via phone, ensuring a positive experience and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot customer problems using industry-leading technology, arranging for specialist technicians to attend customer properties as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with a fast-paced team to support customers in the hospitality industry, including restaurants, hotels, bars, and events.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, with a focus on customer service and technical expertise.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in office-based customer service, call centre, contact centre, or high-volume call handling.
  • Confidence in communicating and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on empathy and resolution.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of £22,026 per annum (pro rata for the length of the contract), with bonus/incentive scheme.
  • 23 days annual leave per year plus 8 bank holidays (pro rata for the length of the contract).
