Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service to customers via phone, ensuring a positive experience and resolving issues efficiently.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot customer problems using industry-leading technology, arranging for specialist technicians to attend customer properties as needed.
- Work collaboratively with a fast-paced team to support customers in the hospitality industry, including restaurants, hotels, bars, and events.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, with a focus on customer service and technical expertise.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous experience in office-based customer service, call centre, contact centre, or high-volume call handling.
- Confidence in communicating and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on empathy and resolution.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
What We Offer
- A competitive salary of £22,026 per annum (pro rata for the length of the contract), with bonus/incentive scheme.
- 23 days annual leave per year plus 8 bank holidays (pro rata for the length of the contract).
