We are seeking a Customer Service Installation Coordinator to join our team at Innserve Ltd. As a key member of our customer service and field operations team, you will play a vital role in planning and scheduling daily activities for our installations and maintenance teams.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as a first point of contact for Innserve's colleagues and customers
  • Planning and scheduling daily activities for our installations and maintenance teams
  • Building strong relationships with customers and supporting them with outstanding customer care
  • Collaborating with colleagues across the business to achieve team goals
