As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their installation needs are met, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and webchat to understand their installation needs and preferences.
- Work closely with our planning team to ensure seamless installation processes.
- Liaise with key stakeholders, including customer service colleagues and technicians, to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Manage installation requests and queries, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call centre or contact centre environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing workload effectively.
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
