About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and organized Customer Service Installation Coordinator to join our team at Innserve Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, website, and webchat to address their installation requests and queries.
  • Collaborate with our Planning Team to ensure seamless customer service experiences.
  • Raise requests on our bespoke systems accurately and manage jobs in process.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders, including customer service colleagues and customers, to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Play a key role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service with every interaction.
Requirements:
  • A background in office-based customer service, call centre, contact centre, high-volume call handling, or similar.
  • Strong planning, organizing, and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, be organized, self-motivated, and able to multitask or work independently.
  • Proven experience as an ardent team player who wants to succeed.
  • The ability to stay cool under pressure and assist and support colleagues around you.
