Role Overview:

The daily responsibilities can vary significantly, ranging from organizing engaging activities to attending important appointments with families. We seek individuals who are flexible, dependable, and capable of assessing situations to assist our young people in making positive decisions.

Our staff operates on a rotational schedule (averaging 169 hours monthly for full-time roles), which may include sleep-in shifts based on the home's requirements.

  • Meeting the needs of children and young people in accordance with regulatory standards.
  • Facilitating and organizing various social activities, including community outings and occasional trips.
  • Assisting with the daily operations of the home, including laundry, housekeeping, shopping, meal preparation, and enjoyable activities like baking.
  • Participating in team meetings to share insights and best practices.
  • Collaborating closely with our clinical team and local authorities.

Qualifications and Experience:

We are looking for individuals with practical life skills. While experience with children or in health and social care is advantageous, it is not essential, as we provide comprehensive training and support.

A full UK driving license is preferred due to the nature of the role, or candidates should be working towards obtaining one.
