About the Role

As a Business Development Manager at Systems adi Group Ltd, you will be responsible for promoting and proactively selling our core business competencies, process installation and maintenance services to industrial customers.

Specifically, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and Pursuing New Business Opportunities
  • Building and Maintaining Client Relationships
  • Developing Strategic Partnerships
  • Forecasting Sales Targets and Ensuring Delivery
  • Becoming an Ambassador for adi Electrical
  • Utilizing the Company CRM System to Manage Opportunities and Pipeline
  • Acquiring and Maintaining Knowledge of adi Solutions, Services, and Customer Applications

About You

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual with:

  • Experience in Selling Services to Industrial Customers
  • A Proven Record of Success in Business Development and Sales
  • A Strong Understanding of Developing a Sales Pipeline
  • Proven Ability to Enhance Revenue, Margins, and Operating Profit
  • Ability to Operate within an Electrical Engineering Services Business
