**About the Role**
Flexible Solutionz is seeking a skilled Claims Handler to join our team in Salford Quays. As a Claims Handler, you will be responsible for managing policyholder claims, both fault and non-fault, with the goal of resolving claims efficiently and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage policyholder claims from inception to closure, ensuring timely and fair resolution.
- Conduct thorough investigations to determine claim validity and liability.
- Communicate with policyholders, agents, and other stakeholders to gather information and provide updates.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve claims and prevent future losses.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance claim resolution efficiency.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in claims handling, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with policyholders and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple claims simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
