We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team at Gleeson Recruitment Group. As a key member of our office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the reception and meeting room areas to ensure a professional and welcoming environment
- Ensure stationery supplies are adequate and replenished as necessary
- Deal with enquiries from clients and other professional stakeholders via various communication channels
- Make appointments and manage diaries using both paper and electronic systems
- Assist the accounts department with taking daily banking to the bank as required
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong IT skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Driving license is required due to the location of our offices
