Are you seeking a rewarding role that contributes to the delivery of exceptional services for children and young people?
We are in search of a full-time Lead Administrative Coordinator to join our dynamic teams focused on Children in Care and Care Leavers, as well as Infant and Perinatal Mental Health. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing administrative and secretarial assistance to the Early Help and Enhanced Support Clinical Group services.
The individual in this position will serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries directed to the Service, engaging with patients, professionals, and the public. In a fast-paced office setting, the candidate should demonstrate the ability to work autonomously and utilize their initiative effectively. There will be opportunities to propose enhancements to service delivery by collaborating with administrative staff and participating in administrative meetings.
This role is crucial for the smooth operation of the service. All applicants must exhibit a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, possess strong interpersonal skills, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering quality service, along with a proven track record of contributing positively to a workplace.
The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 17:00, with a blend of office-based and remote work.

Main Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative and project support to the Children in Care and Care Leavers, as well as Infant and Perinatal Mental Health teams.
Follow guidance from Clinical Leads to ensure the successful execution of projects and initiatives that support their functions.
Deliver thorough support for all administrative tasks as directed by the leads, which includes, but is not limited to:
- Coordinating meetings and managing all related administrative activities
- Updating various spreadsheets, including patient trackers
- Creating meeting agendas
Extend administrative support across departments in collaboration with fellow administrative personnel.
