About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned enterprise software business leader to join our Global Aerospace & Defence team in the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading new sales opportunities and managing existing complex engagements with key clients in the defence sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a Key Account Strategy to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Own the end-to-end sales process, from customer engagement to RFI/RFP process
  • Collaborate with the Global Aerospace & Defence Team to build a strong internal network and secure support for the region
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Manage existing complex engagements and develop new relationships within the defence supply chain community

Requirements

  • Extensive experience selling complex business software
  • Proven track record in complex sales at C-level with clients >1B revenue
  • Demonstrated success with large transactions and lengthy sales campaigns in a fast-paced market
  • Sales experience in the defence or government sector
  • Strong knowledge of the Aerospace & Defense Industry
  • Strong oral and written business presentation skills
  • Fluent English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrable enterprise software sales experience in a related industry
  • Engineering Degree and/or Aircraft Maintenance Engineering experience
