Position: Culinary Team Leader Trainee

About the Company:

Our client operates a premier resort that features a racecourse, hotel, spa, and golf course, providing a unique blend of leisure and business amenities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge and enthusiasm for ingredients, flavors, and culinary design.
  • Exhibit exceptional and innovative culinary skills along with a strong passion for food.
  • Plan, lead, and execute culinary projects independently to meet high standards.
  • Manage large-scale food preparation without compromising on quality.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Head Chef in a hotel setting (under 100 rooms) or as a Senior Sous Chef (over 100 rooms).
  • Previous experience in a comparable role within a reputable, high-quality hotel.
  • Comprehensive understanding of food safety regulations, allergens, hygiene, health and safety standards, COSHH, HACCP, RIDDOR, and relevant audits.
