In this role, you will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in both A'La Carte and Buffet service, ensuring that every breakfast is a memorable one.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, cook, and present our diverse hot and cold Breakfast menu according to the Head Chef's specifications.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance our food services and introduce innovative ideas.
  • Actively listen to customer feedback and implement improvements to consistently elevate our culinary offerings.
  • Maintain optimal kitchen inventory levels to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Adhere to strict hygiene standards by diligently performing kitchen cleaning responsibilities.
  • Comply with all Food Handling, Hygiene, and Health and Safety regulations.

This position offers a 5 over 7 days work schedule and includes accommodation.
