The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Transaction Manager to join our team at their premium dealership in Edenbridge. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to take the next step in their career and lead a team of talented individuals.
As a Transaction Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales performance while ensuring adherence to company procedures and exceeding customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and distribute sales leads effectively.
- Engage with customers during the negotiation stage of the sales process.
- Prepare finance quotes and proposals, guiding customers through financing options.
- Conduct part-exchange appraisals and valuations, ensuring fair and transparent assessments.
- Collaborate with the sales team to close deals and achieve targets.

- Mentor and develop the sales team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements:
- Proven track record in vehicle sales with a strong understanding of the automotive industry.
- Excellent customer communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Experience in managing a team of sales professionals, providing leadership and guidance.
- In-depth knowledge of finance suppliers and packages, enabling you to advise customers effectively.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals successfully.
- Full and valid driving license.
