Trainee Tutor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Trainee Tutor to join our team at Randstad. As a Trainee Tutor, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality educational activities and sensory experiences to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a broad and balanced curriculum to small groups of students on a 1:1 basis and in some cases, in small classrooms.
• Provide differentiated educational activities and sensory experiences to meet the individual needs of students.
• Work collaboratively with the teaching team to develop and implement effective learning plans.
• Contribute to the creation of a safe and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

• Creative, friendly, and resilient individual with a commitment to supporting learners with SEN.
• Experience working or volunteering with children or young adults (desirable).
• GCSE in Maths and English or equivalent.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
