The Workshop Controller is a key role within Harwoods Ltd, responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our workshops. This position requires a strong leader who can manage resources, optimize processes, and drive team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize workshop resources, ensuring alignment with departmental budgets and business objectives.
- Collaborate with team members to understand customer requirements and communicate effectively to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Plan and manage the distribution of work among team members, utilizing available skills and expertise.
- Identify and address individual training and development needs through coaching and support.
- Manage liaison between workshop and service reception to ensure effective communication and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to brand standards and manufacturer service requirements.
- Maintain and develop own skills and technical knowledge to stay up-to-date with industry developments.

Requirements
- Master Technician in Brand.
