  • Hardware and Software Management: Order and manage hardware and software assets, ensuring they are properly configured and maintained.

  • Account Management: Create, delete, and manage user accounts for joiners and leavers, ensuring seamless transitions.
  • Asset Management: Maintain accurate records of our IT assets, including hardware and software, to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Cybersecurity: Participate in cybersecurity activities, adhering to our Information Security Management System, to protect our data and systems.
  • Data Importation: Import data into Oracle for development and test teams, ensuring accurate and timely information.
  • PC Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve PC-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.

Requirements:

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows 10/11/Server 2016/2019/2022, Microsoft Exchange Online, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, IP Networks, Switches & Cabling, Virtualisation (Hyper-v), and Backup Systems.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, calm under pressure, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
