Aircraft Charter Broker Opportunity

Line Up Aviation is seeking a skilled Aircraft Charter Broker to join their Business Aviation team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional services to a diverse portfolio of clients, including large corporate entities, government agencies, NGOs, and high-net-worth individuals globally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to client inquiries for aircraft charter, identifying suitable equipment, operators, and airfields to meet specific requirements.
  • Liaise with clients and aircraft operators to obtain the best solution and contract the selected aircraft.
  • Manage charter bookings from inquiry to completion.
  • Oversee flight departures and arrivals.
  • Build long-term beneficial relationships with clients and suppliers.
  • Develop a portfolio of clients and identify new clients through sales calls, networking, and online inquiries.
  • Conduct industry and market research and analysis.
  • Provide mentoring and support to less experienced team members as required.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and visits in the UK and overseas.
Essential Experience and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the aircraft and chartering process, ideally with 3 years' experience.
  • Display a hardworking and flexible attitude, with the ability to work outside regular hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Exhibit outstanding problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Show ambition, determination, and self-initiative.
  • Demonstrate robust resilience and the ability to excel under pressure in a dynamic, operationally focused environment.
  • Hold a valid passport with the right to work and remain in the UK.
  • Have a high standard of written and oral English, numeracy, and IT literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft applications, especially Word and Excel.
  • Candidates with proficiency in a second language may be particularly appealing.
