As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional services to a diverse portfolio of esteemed clients, including large corporate entities, government agencies, NGOs, and high-net-worth individuals globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expertly respond to client enquiries for aircraft charter, identifying suitable equipment, operators, and airfields to meet specific requirements.
  • Liaise with clients and aircraft operators to obtain the best solution and contract the selected aircraft.
  • Manage charter bookings from enquiry to completion, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Oversee flight departures and arrivals, ensuring timely and efficient operations.
  • Build long-term beneficial relationships with clients and suppliers, driving business growth and loyalty.
  • Develop a portfolio of clients, identify new business opportunities through sales calls, networking, and online enquiries.
  • Conduct industry/market research and analysis to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Provide mentoring and support to less experienced team members as required.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and visits in the UK and overseas, representing Line Up Aviation.

Essential Experience & Qualifications:

  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the aircraft and chartering process, ideally with 3 years' experience.
  • Display a hardworking and flexible attitude, with the ability to work outside regular hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Exhibit outstanding problem-solving skills, coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Show ambition, determination, and self-initiative, with a strong desire to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate robust resilience, paired with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Hold a valid passport with the right to work and remain in the UK.
  • possess a high standard of written and oral English, numeracy, and IT literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft applications, especially Word and Excel.
  • Candidates with proficiency in a second language may be particularly appealing.
