Aviation Technical Specialist

Embark on a challenging role as a Technical Services Engineer at AJW Group, a leading global provider of commercial and business aircraft spare parts. As a valued member of our technical operations team, your analytical prowess and technical expertise will be pivotal in enhancing business profitability.
Main Responsibilities:
- Cultivate strong relationships with vendors and customers to drive business line profitability.
- Expertly identify and communicate technical considerations during commercial and customer discussions and negotiations.
- Ensure rigorous enforcement of regulations across the business, fostering awareness and compliance.
- Vigilantly monitor the on-wing performance of aircraft components, identifying areas for improvement.
- Support internal technical inquiries, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving and reliability.
- Identify opportunities for optimizing direct maintenance cost per flight hour performance, including evaluating and proposing investments in reliability improvements.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of removal data and generate reliability reports for customers, representing the company in Engineering Meetings with effective communication and collaboration.
About You:
- Demonstrate value engineering or Airline experience, showcasing a practical understanding of industry intricacies.
- Thorough knowledge of aircraft systems and component reliability, highlighting expertise in the aviation domain.
- Strong commercial awareness is advantageous, but not mandatory, reflecting our inclusive approach.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team, emphasizing commitment to a cooperative and productive work environment.
- Proficiency in problem-solving techniques, highlighting analytical skills and ability to navigate complex challenges.
