Job Title: Behavioural Support Specialist
Job Summary: We are seeking a Behavioural Support Specialist to join our team at Engage Partners. The successful candidate will work with vulnerable students in a school setting, providing support and guidance to help them reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support a range of vulnerable children from Reception to KS4
- Effectively behaviour manage and de-escalate situations
- Work with other support staff to engage pupils in class and minimise disruption
- Provide feedback to teachers and parents
- Be available to work full or part-time, 8.15am - 3.30pm
Requirements:
- Outgoing and mentoring manner
- Enthusiastic and passionate about helping children reach their full potential
- Ability to form excellent relationships and rapport with pupils
