Behavioural Support Specialist

We are working with an excellent SEN School that caters to male pupils who display challenging behaviour, and we're looking for a dedicated Behaviour Support Worker to provide support and guidance.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide individual and group support to male pupils with complex mental health needs, helping them manage challenging behaviours.
- Implement behaviour management strategies to create a positive, structured environment.
- Assist in delivering tailored educational and therapeutic interventions.
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and therapists to promote emotional resilience and personal development.
- Experience working with children or young adults with challenging behaviour, ideally in an SEN setting.
- Strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- A proactive, empathetic approach with a passion for making a difference in the lives of vulnerable young people.
- Behaviour Support Worker (in-class support, 1:1 and small group)
- Annual Salary - £24,944 per annum
- Location: Horsham
- Own car and clean driving licence highly advantageous

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, with the option to make it permanent at a later date.
