We are seeking a Behavioural Support Specialist to join our team at Engage Partners. As a Behavioural Support Specialist, you will be working with vulnerable children between the ages of 7-18 years, providing support and guidance to help them reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting children with Autism, ADHD, and other SEN conditions
- Providing behaviour management and de-escalation techniques
- Working with other support staff to engage pupils in class and minimise disruption
- Providing feedback to teachers and parents
