Main Responsibilities
  • Assist qualified therapists in managing patient caseloads and providing holistic assessments and interventions.
  • Work independently to complete specified assessments, interventions, and rehabilitation programs for community-based patients.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and patient safety.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service improvements and participate in relevant departmental meetings.
  • Provide peer support to band 3 therapy assistants and contribute to the delivery of formal and informal training.
