Job Title: Therapy Assistant - Community Pain Management Service

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Therapy Assistant to join our Community Pain Management Service team. As a Therapy Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting patients with complex pain management needs.

Main Duties:

  • Assist staff and support patients with complex pain management needs
  • Deliver educational sessions to patients and carers
  • Work with patients to develop and implement individualized rehabilitation programs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service improvements
