About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Accounts Manager to join our team at Dentsu. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, driving business growth, and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement the strategic vision for our clients, driving business growth and delivering against financial targets.
  • Lead the day-to-day management of the Ferrero & Pernod Ricard accounts, working closely with the client to analyze briefs and ensure the response to briefs matches the ambition to deliver best-in-class work.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and drive new revenue streams.
  • Oversee and support a strong team of ADs, Managers, and executives across both accounts, helping them to develop and deliver high-quality work.
  • Use account plans to stimulate and track future work, ensuring that our clients' needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our clients' digital platforms, including e-retail, and be able to communicate this effectively to the client.
Requirements
  • Experience in media planning from a comms planning background within a media agency.
  • Strong digital understanding and ability to communicate this effectively to clients.
  • Excellent management skills, with the ability to bring a team along with them and help them develop.
  • Ability to handle the fast pace of business with enthusiasm for the brands we represent.
  • Keen eye for detail and ability to analyze briefs and develop effective solutions.
