Client Accounts Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Accounts Manager to join our team at Dentsu. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, driving business growth, and building strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and revenue expansion for our clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Work closely with our creative and media teams to deliver high-quality campaigns that meet client objectives.
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day activities of our client accounts, ensuring seamless delivery and excellent client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and develop strategies to drive new revenue streams.
- Collaborate with our account planning team to develop and implement account plans that drive business growth and client satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional client service, responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Proven experience in client-facing roles, with a strong track record of delivering business growth and revenue expansion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
