Position Overview:

Details:

  • Two available positions
  • Part-time role (50% FTE), Fixed term for one year
  • Salary: Grade 7 (£37,099 - £44,263 p.a. pro-rata)
  • Membership in the PVG scheme is required
  • Right to work in the UK is essential

Role Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and consolidate evidence on relevant topics, co-designing and delivering a project grounded in evidence
  • Communicate project insights and facilitate improvements in policy and practice
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the evolution of working methods
  • Engage with key stakeholders to advocate for evidence-based practices
  • Collaborate with another Facilitator to conduct project evaluations
  • Promote principles of co-production, diversity, and inclusion
  • Enhance understanding in social care and implementation strategies
  • Effectively share findings with a varied audience
